Late Night in the Ceramic Studio

Meet the creator

I'm Natasha, an international student from Bangalore, India. I moved to the city in 2021 to become a graduate student in the MA Fashion Studies program at Parsons School of Design, and I have loved every moment of the whole experience. On the weekends, I love to use the creative studios at school, explore parks around the city, and eat authentic food in the different boroughs of New York with my friends.

Kite City: Float at Guggenheim Museum

“Kite City,” a Fall ‘23 course led by artist Marisa Morán Jahn in partnership with Academic Engagement ‪@guggenheim‬ allowed Jahn and her students from Parsons to design kites and other structures that capture the sensation of being airborne. “Float,” a Guggenheim Late Shift event on March 21, 2024, featured this work to share the cultural, spiritual, and architectural aspects of kites and flight.
